Career Transition Programs – Individual and Group

Audrey Page & Associates is not an outplacement production line.

We offer a broad range of executive, manager and employee programs, each with specific strategies and services.

With you, we will match the most relevant and effective program to each manager or employee, taking into account occupation, seniority, salary, level of responsibility, number of years with the organisation, and last, but not least, individual needs.

Because each of your people may have different needs, our Career Transition programs and services have been developed to provide a sound foundation for program customisation.

For your employees, every participant will be assigned his or her own personal career consultant. Our emphasis is on flexibility in meeting the individual’s needs rather than strictly following a rigid process. Our consultant will set up a regular pattern of personal meetings, on average once per week.

To what end? We want to focus on getting them to work and making the transition happen in a positive, proactive way.

Most participants complete a detailed psychometric assessment that provides self-understanding and informs job choices and career planning.

They have access to an office or a workstation within our offices, a PC with unlimited Internet access and the full back-up facilities of telephone, facsimile, photocopier and printer, reference materials, research and job search resources.

We focus on equipping the participant with a refined set of personal tools: resume creation, interview skills training, negotiation and networking ensure that the participant is fully equipped to meet and to succeed in the competitive employment market.  

Rebuilding and strengthening each participant’s self-confidence is given emphasis to enable them to move positively towards success in their chosen field.
