Meet Audrey

Audrey Page is a pioneer of outplacement in Australia. She responded to her passion for helping people manage major changes in their working lives by starting self-help groups for retrenched employees. 

In the 1970’s Audrey became aware that people who had been retrenched were not given emotional counselling or practical job search guidance of any kind. 

Audrey’s influence has been both seminal and enduring in the career transition industry in Australia. She and her team have achieved a significant impact for the better on how employee separations are managed within many Australian companies.
