Parents with Careers
During the period of parental leave, confidence in skills and abilities can often diminish. In turn it can impede the transition back to work after a period of extended leave and have long term implications for career development. Evolving community expectations and changes in company and Federal policy have made parental leave a key issue for organisations.
Parents with Careers is delivered one on one and/or in groups, and supports employees before, during and on return from parental leave. It helps them take charge of their future and have a clear view of their career direction. It also supports a smooth and effective transition back to work after a period of parental leave, ensuring productivity and efficiency levels are maintained within the role.
